Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing and automation projects.
• Ability to lead capital projects from scoping to ramp-up.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing process improvements across production lines and facilities.
• Collaborate with PCBA product design teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Develop and implement fabrication and assembly processes with automation and digitization.
• Lead or support capital projects from scoping through ramp-up.
• Contribute to NPI efforts by supporting design-for-manufacturability (DFM) reviews.
• Research and benchmark manufacturing technologies for assigned facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Procurement).
• Support M&A execution activities.
