Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Cultural sensitivity and a willingness to work with diverse populations.
• Experience with CRMs and databases preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment planning, maintain event calendars, coordinate off-campus events.
• Serve as primary contact for transfer applicants and process credentials.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person conversations.
• Perform data entry, credential processing, email/phone inquiries, packing and shipping.
• Staff reception desks during regular business hours; assist with duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular campus presence amid hybrid work model.
