Job summary

Responsibilities include evaluating applications, presenting information sessions, coordinating outreach events, and collaborating with counselors and families while supporting enrollment objectives and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of admissions, college counseling, or related field.
• Proficiency with CRM data management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and evaluate undergraduate applications in alignment with training protocol, individually or as part of a team.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual information sessions for prospective students, families, counselors, and the public.
• Serve as on-campus point-of-contact for visitors and communicate via in-person, email, phone, or blogs.
• Manage project-based work supporting portfolios such as communications, data analysis, outreach, recruitment, events, or others.
• Participate in recruitment initiatives, including college fairs and high school visits.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities to understand admissions goals.
• Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
• Hybrid work model with frequent campus presence.
