Job summary

UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School's Center for the Business of Health (CBOH) seeks a part-time Program and Event Support specialist to assist with logistics, communications, and office operations in Chapel Hill, NC.

The role involves coordinating events, supporting student programs, managing registrations, and maintaining records in Salesforce, with a hybrid schedule of about 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event and program logistics including scheduling, registration, catering, materials, and on-site coordination.
• Support student programs, mentorship activities, conferences, Leadership Board meetings, and other Center initiatives.
• Assist with participant communications, attendance tracking, and post-event follow-up.
• Manage purchasing, reimbursements, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and expense documentation.
