Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in the United States invites applications for an Actuarial Analyst in its Life division. You will work on pricing, valuation, financial projections, and risk management for insurance clients while gaining exposure to credentialed actuaries.

We value strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the pursuit of actuarial exams. This is a hybrid role with offices in major cities; applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or finance with strong quantitative coursework.
• Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams is highly preferred.
• Experience or internship demonstrating technical and client-service skills is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing, valuation and development of insurance products
• Develop financial projections of clients’ insurance business
• Follow the firm’s Excellence guidelines
• Seek and participate in learning and actuarial credentials
• Build strong relationships internally and with client representatives
• Document, review and present your own work
• Assist in creating detailed project plans
• Monitor project progress against deadlines and budget
