Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is hiring an actuarial analyst in its Life division to work on a variety of complex projects including product development, financial and risk management, financial modeling, and software implementation for insurance companies.

You will collaborate with credentialed actuaries, gain exposure to diverse insurance operations, and develop technical skills across client projects while pursuing actuarial credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or a quantitative major with GPA ≥ 3.0
• Successful completion of one or more actuarial exams highly preferred
• Legal work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Actuarial internship or related work experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Open to candidates graduating May 2026–June 2027

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing, valuation and development of insurance products
• Develop financial projections of clients’ insurance business

• Build relationships with internal teams and client representatives
