Job summary

Willis Towers Watson seeks an actuarial analyst for a Summer 2026 internship in our Property & Casualty division. You will work on pricing, reserving, capital modeling and software implementations, gaining exposure to credentialed actuaries and client projects.

You will build predictive modeling skills, learn WTW software, and develop professional client relationships while pursuing actuarial credentials. The role offers a hybrid work model, base salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000 USD, and a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, finance or other quantitatively oriented major with GPA ≥3.0.
One or more actuarial exams completed or in progress
Strong technical and client service skills; leadership demonstrated via roles or activities
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

Assist with pricing and development of personal and/or commercial lines products.
Leverage predictive modeling to improve risk segmentation.
Perform loss reserve analyses and actuarial reporting using various methods.
Learn WTW proprietary software to complete projects.
Develop actuarial credentials through ongoing study and exams.
Build relationships with colleagues and client representatives.
Document, review and present work and manage project plans.
