IntelliPro Group in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist II - Contractor for an initial 2-month engagement with possible extension. Hybrid schedule; 08:00 am to 05:00 pm local time. Pay rate: $36.52/hr on W2.

Responsibilities include processing payments, maintaining customer records, applying payments to invoices, and resolving discrepancies. Requires 1–3 years in AR or related roles and strong attention to detail.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in accounts receivable, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process and accurately record customer payments and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer account information and financial records.
• Apply payments to appropriate customer accounts and invoices.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, account issues, and unidentified payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and assist with resolving outstanding balances.
• Review accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances as directed.
• Respond professionally to customer and internal inquiries regarding account balances and payments.
• Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and account documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
• Follow established accounting procedures, internal controls, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
• Identify and communicate potential issues or discrepancies to appropriate team members.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
