Laborie is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer credit and collections, optimize cash flow, and support strong customer relationships. You will independently handle assigned accounts, resolve complex issues, analyze payment trends, and collaborate with sales and finance to improve AR performance.

The role is hourly, hybrid (one day on-site, four days remote), and requires a 3–5 year AR background with ERP experience. Local candidates preferred in NH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of accounts receivable, credit, collections, or related finance experience.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and resolving complex collection issues.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely collections and resolve overdue balances.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve collection issues professionally and efficiently.
• Facilitate payment arrangements and negotiate terms as needed.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and deductions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and finance, to address customer account concerns.
