Responsibilities

• Supervises central AP processing and advises operations manager on Payables Specialists' qualifications and job descriptions.
• Monitors metrics to maintain efficiency and provides feedback to develop a high performing team.
• Strengthens controls, ensures adherence to policies, and oversees internal controls and fraud prevention.
• Communicates with other teams and resolves issues with AP personnel, accounting, buyers, and other departments.
• Improves AP processes and standardizes invoice processing; understands AP systems for timely issue resolution.
• Monitors measures/benchmarks for efficiencies, discounts, timeliness, accuracy, and workload per caregiver.
