Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of equivalent accounting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry with strong 10-key skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices in a timely, paperless environment.
• Perform 3-way matching and verification of invoices against PO and GL accounts.
• Enter invoices into accounting software accurately.
• Calculate use tax and accrue unpaid invoices monthly.
• Communicate with vendors and branches to obtain missing information.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor records.
• Support vendor setup and monitor department emails.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
