Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in accounts payable or similar
• Accuracy and attention to detail in processing invoices and payments
• Ability to review invoices for ORC regulations and procedures

Responsibilities

• Print warrants and process payments (warrants, ACH, wires, direct disbursements)
• Post invoices online and reconcile number of invoices to payments
• Assist with vendor setup, invoice copies, and invoice reconciliation in accounting software
• Handle inquiries via phone, in person, or email
