Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Hands-on Workday experience required.
• Strong Excel proficiency.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day accounts payable activities and workflow.
• Review and approve invoices, payment batches, and vendor reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Train, mentor, and support accounts payable staff.
• Assist with month-end close and reporting activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Utilize Workday to process transactions, maintain records, and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
