Job summary

European Wax Center in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage daily invoice entry, coding, and full‑cycle AP tasks using NetSuite. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Payables and Treasury Operations and supports vendor data integrity and payments.

The role involves reconciliation, purchasing card program maintenance, and assisting with audits. Hybrid work is available: in-office Mon–Thu with remote Fridays, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume accounts payable environments.
• Associates degree or 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Concur preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices received via email or mail, coding and entering in NetSuite.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly and maintain vendor data.
• Assist with purchasing card program maintenance and payments.
• Prepare audit requests and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Act as subject matter expert for the AP module in NetSuite.
• Support AP specialist by prioritizing work and answering questions.
