Job summary

SumBridge is seeking an AP Specialist to join our non-profit client in Downtown Seattle. This permanent, full-time role will move to a hybrid schedule once training is complete and offers benefits.

Key duties include AP data entry, importing invoice payments, reviewing ERP invoices for accurate coding, reconciling statements, training staff on receipts, and managing the AP inbox. You will collaborate with program staff and support year-end audit preparations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling accounts payable and data entry.
• Ability to reconcile invoices and vendor statements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Collaborates with AP Manager and program staff.

Responsibilities

• Enter AP data accurately and ensure vendor documentation aligns.
• Import invoice payments from Excel for monthly runs.
• Review invoices in ERP for correct coding and details.
• Reconcile credit card and AP activity, resolve discrepancies.
• Provide training on receipts upload and expense coding.
• Maintain AP email inbox and escalate issues.
• Support program staff with accurate coding and processes.
• Assist with annual audit prep for AP and payroll expenses.
• Promote ACH payments and manage unclaimed property.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with teams.
