Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the full AP cycle, including PO processing, invoicing, and payments. This role operates on a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and requires living within 25 miles of Southlake, TX.

The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, the ability to handle high transaction volumes, and experience with ServiceTitan/Sage or similar systems. Compensation is $29/hour.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Strong working knowledge of three-way matching, general ledger coding, accruals, vendor payments, and 1099 reporting.
• Experience using an ERP or cloud-based accounting system.
• Experience exporting, importing, and reconciling financial data between systems.
• Experience with consumer financing programs such as Service Finance, HD Service Finance, GoodLeap, or similar platforms.
• Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
• Must currently live within 25 miles of the Southlake, TX office.
