Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team. This role handles full-cycle accounts payable, PO/invoice processing, vendor payments, and month-end close support in a hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) within 25 miles of Southlake, TX.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle AP, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Full-cycle accounts payable experience.
• Three-way matching of POs, invoices, and receipts.
• Experience with ERP/cloud accounting systems.
• Experience with vendor payments and 1099 reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle from PO to vendor payment.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, invoices and receipts.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and coding issues.
• Support month-end close and year-end activities.
