Vaco is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its Lebanon, Ohio team. The role focuses on high-volume AP processing, discrepancy resolution, and vendor relationship management in a manufacturing setting.

The position follows a hybrid schedule (four days onsite, one day remote weekly) with a contract-to-hire path toward permanent placement after about 90 days. Strong SAP and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling high volumes of invoices in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with an accounts payable system; SAP experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
• Route non-PO invoices for approval and match PO invoices to goods receipts.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Maintain vendor records and AP data in the accounting system.
