Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA Corp in Houston, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to lead full‑cycle AP, invoice processing, vendor setup, and payment execution within the EPC Finance team.

You will work with EPC project teams, Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, and vendors to ensure timely processing of SG&A and project invoices, Procore administration, and weekly payment cycles. Hybrid work, with travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance.
• Working knowledge of full-cycle AP processes, including invoice matching, coding, and payment processing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable transactions, including three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
• Verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals prior to payment processing.
• Prepare and issue weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments per terms and cash guidelines.
• Monitor AP aging and follow up on outstanding items to maintain payable balances.
• Review and process project-related invoices through Procore; ensure alignment with budgets and terms.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and questions.
• Manage vendor onboarding and master data in SAP, including banking information updates and tax documentation.
• Process DEV project invoices in Procore for weekly payments.
• Record DEV-side AP for monthly progress billing; coordinate with Accounting.
