VIVA USA Inc. is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee month-end close, general ledger analyses, journal entries, and internal reporting for Division, Regional branches, and Corporate. The role emphasizes relationship-building across levels and with client shared services.

Hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site (Wednesday required); option for 5 days with dedicated workspace. CPA not required but a plus; B.A. in Accounting required.

• B.A. in Accounting is required.
• CPA is not required, but a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the accuracy & integrity of the Division/Region financial statements and other information reported to internal and external users.
• Supervise accurate financial close processes, GL reconciliations, and other analyses within established timelines.
• Significant COS & OPEX accruals, not based on a standard report/calculation.
• Localised accounting topics including real estate taxes and personal property taxes.
• Ad-hoc entries arising from the month end close review process.
