Job summary

arrivia is seeking a Manager, Accounting Operations to lead the close, strengthen financial reporting, and develop our accounting team. This hybrid position is based in Scottsdale, requiring four days per week onsite.

You will manage month-end close activities, oversee a team, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP while coaching early-career accountants. Benefits include unlimited PTO and employee travel discounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a complex environment.
• Experience coaching and developing accounting professionals.
• Hands-on experience in reviewing journal entries and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities.
• Review and approve journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage accounting for revenue share and capital expenditures.
• Support financial statement preparation and annual audits.
