Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for General Accounting.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with FP&A on budget vs actual analyses by cost center.
• Review accruals for operating expenses and asset capitalization requests.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Supervise and develop accounting staff; provide coaching and training.
