Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• 5+ years balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries experience.
• 5+ years preparing/analyzing financial statements.
• 3+ years internal controls experience.
• 1+ year leading close with 2+ accountants.
• Experience with revenue > $100M preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations and full month-end close.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare/analyze financial statements and provide insights.
• Apply GAAP to guide team and ensure compliance.
• Maintain internal controls and risk management processes.
• Use KPIs and metrics to drive accountability and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.
• Lead close process with 2+ accountants.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders.
