Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is seeking an Accounting Service Desk Specialist in Atlanta (Hybrid) to be the primary contact for accounting and billing inquiries at a premier global law firm. The role blends specialized financial knowledge with high-touch service and problem solving to research complex queries and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of high-volume accounting service experience in the professional services industry.
Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Aderant, Chrome River, Kofax, or ServiceNow.
Strong MS Office skills including Excel (pivot tables) and Word formatting.
Excellent written and verbal communication with confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsabilités

Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving accounting and billing inquiries from attorneys, billers, business professionals, and clients.
Assess, research, and resolve complex financial and billing questions accurately while adhering to SLAs.
Document all inquiries, actions, and resolutions within the ServiceNow ticketing system and email correspondence.
Route out-of-scope issues to correct internal resolver groups while keeping requestors supported.
Maintain compliance with firm policies, accounting practices, and confidentiality standards for sensitive data.
Participate in ongoing training to maintain mastery of firm accounting software and tools.
Build trust across departments through transparent communication and dependable follow-through.
