• Record accounting entries for member transactions and wire activity.
• Process and reconcile wire transactions related to loan disbursements.
• Maintain documentation for checks, money orders, and payments.
• Ensure accurate documentation supporting accounting transactions.
• Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts; research discrepancies.
• Reconcile cash settlements with third-party processors.
• Support ACH processing, check processing, and accounts payable as needed.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements.
• Process reimbursement entries for team members and boards.
