Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a Credit Administrator in Missouri to perform credit checks and reviews, and process AR adjustments. The role requires on-site work with the possibility of one remote day per week, depending on business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely credit decisions, maintain daily operational effectiveness, and participate in meetings to align priorities with department goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Associates’ degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Two or more years of related experience.
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Collections experience strongly preferred.
• Financial analysis skills a plus.
• Must have effective time management skills and the ability to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform credit checks on new customers.
• Perform credit reviews on existing customers as required.
• Review orders that have failed credit and take appropriate action so that the order can be released for shipment.
• Prepare and submit adjustments to the Accounts Receivable.
• The Credit Administrator is an office-based role with on-site attendance; up to one remote workday per week may be permitted.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support innovation and timely decision-making.
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support day-to-day business needs and attend scheduled meetings.
