Image Solutions in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead the team to accurate financial reporting. The role focuses on month-end close, internal controls, payroll compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with finance and operations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong US GAAP expertise, 5+ years in accounting with leadership experience, and hands-on proficiency in NetSuite, NSPB, and Paylocity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience, including leadership of accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Hands-on payroll operations and compliance experience.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting and analysis.
• Advanced Excel; experience with NetSuite, NSPB, Power BI a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and inventory.
• Own month-end and year-end close with timely, accurate financial statements.
• Manage payroll reviews, changes, tax filings and year-end reporting.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to reduce financial risk.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for departments.
• Improve accounting workflows and financial systems for scalability.
