Image Solutions, Inc. in Long Beach, CA is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, close processes, payroll, and internal controls in a hybrid 3-day-in-office role.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA/CMA/MBA preferred, and hands-on expertise with US GAAP, payroll systems like Paylocity, and financial planning tools such as NetSuite and Power BI.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years supervising accounting teams.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
• Hands-on payroll operations experience.
• Advanced Excel; NetSuite, NSPB, and Power BI familiarity.
• Experience in distribution/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, and inventory.
• Own month-end and year-end close and ensure accuracy.
• Establish internal controls and coordinate annual financial reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Drive system and process improvements across NetSuite, NSPB, Paylocity, and Power BI.
• Lead and develop the accounting team with coaching and cross-training.
