Pine Tree Recruiting LLC in Memphis seeks an Accounting Manager to lead close cycles, prepare financials, and partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings Big 4 audit experience, US GAAP expertise, and ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite/Workday).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Minimum 3+ years of Big 4 audit experience.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday).
Advanced Excel skills; ability to lead processes and teams.

Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and schedules.
Oversee preparation of financial statements per US GAAP.
Ensure internal controls and accounting policies compliance.
Coordinate external audits and serve as main audit contact.
Mentor and develop accounting staff; drive process improvements.
Partner with FP&A, operations, and leadership on initiatives.
Assist with special projects, system implementations, and reporting enhancements.
