Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a hands-on finance team in Santa Ana. You will own month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews while partnering with leadership to drive business decisions.

The role requires 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, and strong US GAAP knowledge. Hybrid schedule with remote options and opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and able to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or public accounting experience preferred.
8+ years of progressive financial accounting experience with leadership experience.
Experience supervising staff and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong US GAAP knowledge and ERP system expertise (Oracle Cloud preferred).

Responsibilities

Oversee month-end and year-end close processes with timely, accurate journal entries.
Own reconciliations for inter-company relationships and balance sheet accounts.
Monitor variances and trends; support AP, Tax, Financial Reporting, and Regulatory teams.
Lead audits and work with Treasury, Internal Audit, and Business units.
Design and document accounting procedures; drive process improvements and projects.
Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
