Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in finance and accounting with supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Accounts Payable and Payroll teams.
• Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting deadlines.
• Establish and monitor financial and operational metrics.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls.
• Support budgeting and annual planning activities.
• Assist with strategic projects and departmental initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis during monthly and year-end close.
