LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing private firm to hire an Accounting Manager who will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical support for multiple locations in the Indianapolis area.

The role leads an established team, collaborates with clinical and operational leadership, and drives process improvements with significant long-term advancement opportunities. Hybrid work is offered, with strong visibility across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• MBA, MHA, or other relevant master’s degree preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Prior accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
