Job summary

Insight Technology is looking for an Accounting Manager based in Chandler, AZ. This hybrid role involves leading the accounting function, ensuring accuracy in the General Ledger, and managing month-end and quarter-end close processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting, CPA certification preferred, and at least 6 years of accounting experience, including management. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, analytical capabilities, and advanced MS Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in accounting or finance function, with 2-4 years in a manager or supervisor role.
• Public accounting experience required (Big four preferred).
• Self-motivated with a desire to drive efficiencies through process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Insight’s accounting function and related close process to ensure accuracy of the General Ledger.
• Oversee month and quarter-end close and consolidation processes.
• Implement and maintain Accounting Policies and Procedures to ensure US GAAP compliance.
