Job summary

Red Ventures is seeking an Accounting Manager to join our accounting team in South Charlotte, NC. This role oversees a wide range of accounting functions, partners with leadership, and drives process improvements to ensure accuracy.

You’ll mentor staff, manage schedule and work quality, lead annual external audits, and support complex transactions such as acquisitions and joint ventures. The role follows a hybrid schedule: in-office Tue–Thu and remote Mon & Fri.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus.
• 6+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience with prior management.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with ASC 606 and FASB 86.
• Proficient with financial systems and MS Office; Workday a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop staff, review work, coach staff at all levels.
• Oversee timely completion of work and workload planning.
• Review account analysis and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Lead annual international external audits.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and consolidated reports.
