You will lead accounting activities, ensure US GAAP compliance, and drive cross-functional initiatives with strong leadership, including remote team development.

The role requires a CPA, 7+ years of accounting, and a hybrid work arrangement based in Mooresville, NC with monthly travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 7+ years accounting experience in corporate or public accounting.
• Active CPA license is required.
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience leading people directly and cross-functionally.
• Hybrid role based in Mooresville, NC; travel monthly.

Responsibilities

• Executes financial responsibilities in accordance with US GAAP.
• Provides accounting support for special projects and cross-business initiatives.
• Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
• Leads process improvement opportunities with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrates leadership and collaborates with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Resolves issues across functions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
