The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of accounting experience, prior management oversight of AP/AR and general accounting, and a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of accounting experience.
• Prior accounting management experience with oversight of AP, AR, and general accounting functions.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to guide, train, and develop accounting staff.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and communicate effectively with internal teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting teams.
• Oversee month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close schedules.
• Manage financial reporting processes and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
• Review and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and workflow efficiencies.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support accounting operations and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial reporting standards.
