You will prepare journal entries, reconcile ledgers, generate financial statements and management reports, assist with budgeting and audits, and help maintain GAAP-compliant controls in a dynamic, stable accounting operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and internal accounting controls.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a finance team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements, subsidiary ledgers, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and summaries.
• Assist with budgeting and revenue/expense projections.
• Support external audits with schedules and documentation.
• Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable while ensuring controls.
