Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting, 4+ years in accounting, strong US GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and ERP experience (Microsoft Business Central preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and management reporting.
• Oversee sales, cash, inventory, and pricing controls.
• Partner with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance on systems/process improvements.
• Develop accounting processes, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Support audits and other Finance projects.
