Job summary

MedPro Systems LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and finance function with a focus on GAAP-compliant financial statements and strong internal controls. The role reports to the CFO and operates on a hybrid schedule with regular in-person attendance.

The candidate will oversee month-end close, payroll coordination with HR, and ensure compliance with state and federal filings while driving process improvements and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience with CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience including accrual accounting and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations and GAAP-based financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end close with journal entries.
• Coordinate payroll with HR and ensure tax compliance.
• Maintain internal controls and segregation of duties to safeguard assets.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and key performance metrics.
• Oversee AP, AR, and revenue tracking; perform variance analysis.
