Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing Finance team in North Palm Beach. The role reports to the Controller and supports month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and process improvement with IT, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Schedule: Onsite 2 days per week in a hybrid setup. Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 base plus bonus. The candidate will lead month-end close, handle journal entries, and ensure GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience, ideally at the Manager level.
• Strong U.S. GAAP experience.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
• ERP systems experience required.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and prepare journal entries and financial reporting.
• Perform and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate accounting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP, reporting, and process improvements.
• Support audits and other accounting projects.
• Help strengthen and improve accounting processes as the company grows.
