Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong financial reporting, reconciliation, and forecasting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, and management reporting.
• Oversee sales, cash, inventory, and pricing controls.
• Partner with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance on systems/process improvements.

Our Client, a high-growth health/nutraceutical manufacturer in the Palm Beach area, is hiring a dedicated and dynamic Accounting Manager to be an integral part of their team.

This role will pay up to a $125k base salary depending on experience and fit and operates on a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do

• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, variance analysis, and management reporting
• Oversee sales, cash, inventory, and pricing controls

What We're Looking For
