Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 preferred).
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Background in high-growth environments or multi-location accounting is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
• Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting month-end close.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute an accurate and timely month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger activity and ensure policy compliance.
• Reconcile balance sheets and assist with internal controls and audit readiness.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and support regional financial reporting.
