This role processes vendor statements, performs 3-way matching, reconciles accounts, and prepares customer statements while reporting to the Accounting Supervisor in a hybrid environment.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in a similar role, and strong Excel skills; SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor statements and follow up on invoices.
• Process accounts payable including 3-way match.
• Apply customer payments to invoices and send statements.
