Job summary

Mikron is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support the Accounting and Finance team with AP and AR duties in a hybrid work environment in Englewood, CO. You will handle vendor statements, invoices, credit card reconciliations, and customer statements, while performing ad hoc duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role and an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with strong Excel skills and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor statements and resolve unprocessed invoices.
• Process accounts payable (3-way match, miscellaneous).
• Follow up on invoice discrepancies with internal departments.
• Reconcile expense reports against credit statements monthly.
• Investigate and report unclaimed expenses to supervisor.
• Apply customer payments to invoices in the ERP system.
• Send statements to customers and respond to payment inquiries.
• Maintain accurate bank activity data in reconciliation file.
