Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking an Accounting Associate to support day-to-day financial operations across Cypress clubs. This hybrid role focuses on club-level processes, member accounts, and contract audits, with remote Fridays available.

The position requires a high school diploma and relevant administrative or accounting support experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with leadership and members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting coursework or experience preferred.
• Experience in administrative, member services, accounts receivable, or audit support is helpful.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing member accounts, transaction records, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Ability to manage recurring tasks, follow up on open items, and meet deadlines.
• Professional written and verbal communication with club leadership, members, and corporate departments.

Responsibilities

• Review club-level member account activity, including discounts and gift cards, for accuracy.
• Assist clubs and members with card-related questions and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain weekly contract audit summaries and share updates with stakeholders.
• Monitor gift card and bonus card issuance, validate system activity, and process corrections.
• Coordinate delinquent member account follow-up with club leadership and escalate as needed.
• Maintain trackers and documentation for club-related accounting activities.
• Provide data entry, report preparation, and follow-up on assigned tasks.
