Job summary

ProFence LLC, a faith-based agricultural fencing specialist, is seeking an Accounting Associate to join our growing team. You will handle AP, AR, and order fulfillment, ensuring accurate records and timely processing while supporting month-end close.

This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and growth within a flexible hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two remote. We value integrity, accountability, and a people-first approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Fishbowl or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable by scanning, coding, and posting vendor receipts and invoices in QuickBooks.
• Review customer invoices for accuracy and timely processing.
• Fulfill sales orders by processing transactions and pulling inventory as needed.
• Maintain organized AP records for accurate reporting and month-end close.
• Collaborate with team to resolve billing and invoice discrepancies.
• Support AR activities and collections documentation as needed.
• Assist finance with additional accounting and administrative tasks.
