Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer relations preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about product availability, coverage, billing, and policy changes.
