Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Participate in projects as test lead and support corporate initiatives.
• Communicate business needs and requirements for system implementations.
• Troubleshoot system problems and determine best solutions with minimal risk.
• Guide junior staff on complex issues and coordinate with business/technical teams.
• Support Agile processes, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups.
• Balance and reconcile accounts and prepare documentation for audits.
