The Specialist handles the most complex transactions and collaborates with the vendor and internal teams to meet employer group contracts and department goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree/2 years of related experience or training.
• Problem solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as a point-of-contact and subject matter expert. Communicate with vendor and internal stakeholders to obtain or provide information regarding enrollment inquiries accurately and timely.
• Identify and resolve system-related data flow discrepancies to gain operational efficiencies and correct errors.
• Assist with preventive maintenance by analyzing and logging potential processing issues and root causes, managing open issues through resolution.
• Collect, analyze, and utilize data to identify opportunities to improve relationships between the business and vendors; engage with VMO and TMO as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
