Job summary

iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in a hybrid role in Dallas, Texas, to oversee project operations, drive business growth, and maintain long-term client relationships. The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a solid IT services industry understanding.

You will manage projects, identify opportunities, and coordinate resources across teams while traveling quarterly as needed to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, computer science, human resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in account management, project management, staffing, or the IT services industry is preferred.
• Fluency in reading and writing Chinese to support clients and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing projects and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth and contract closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback, and address issues in a timely manner.
• Develop customized solutions based on client needs and business requirements.
• Proactively manage client-related activities and ensure timely follow-through, including candidate submissions, interview coordination, client follow-ups, and other time-sensitive requests.
• Prepare monthly project resource timesheets and manage accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.
• Support negotiations related to MSAs, annual pricing adjustments, and other commercial agreements.
• Manage sales opportunities and support invoice processes in Salesforce.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution, service quality, and profitability.
• Manage the team members supporting our clients and potentially other new business.
• Travel would be on a quarterly basis, but there may be additional travel depending on business needs.
